• Order Processing Time: Once you place an order, our processing time typically takes 1-2 business days. For custom or personalized products, processing may take longer.

• Wholesale Orders: Wholesale orders may require additional time for processing. You will be informed of the estimated processing time upon placing a wholesale order.

Please note that processing times are separate from shipping times.

Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of the order. Final shipping charges will be displayed at checkout before completing your purchase.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your delivery. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update.

Delivery Timeframes

Lost or Damaged Shipments

• Damaged Shipments: If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with photographs of the damage and packaging. We will work to replace the damaged items or offer a refund in accordance with our Return and Refund Policy.

Changes to Orders

Once an order has been placed, it cannot be modified. If you need to change your shipping address, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order, and we will do our best to update the information before it is processed.
